Comme nous ne pouvons pas faire ensemble la b\u00fbche p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re traditionnelle, faute de se croiser avant, Maman s&rsquo;en charge ! Et comme nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 \u00eatre nombreux dans la famille&#8230; 14 pour ce No\u00ebl 2016, il est de bonne augure d&rsquo;avoir un 2\u00e8me dessert \ud83d\ude09 Donc, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de tenter la b\u00fbche nougat glac\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;avais achet\u00e9 un moule en inox pour l&rsquo;occasion, restait plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 se lancer dans la pr\u00e9paration&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BONHEUR, avec Emma, pendant qu&rsquo;Axel et son papa se faisaient le replay de la saga Star Wars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De chouettes souvenirs entre filles, pour pr\u00e9parer une belle f\u00eate !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0, la recette (Source : <a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/recette\/307539-nougat-glace-au-miel\"><u>Journal des Femmes<\/u><\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients \/ pour 12 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 g de miel<\/li><li>180 g de sucre<\/li><li>30 g de sirop de glucose<\/li><li>120 g de blancs d&rsquo;oeufs<\/li><li>500 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide<\/li><li>75 g de Grand-Marnier<\/li><li>150 g de fruits confits (Mon avis : la prochaine fois, 100g suffiront!)<\/li><li>5 g de beurre<\/li><li>50 g de pistaches (non sal\u00e9es) hach\u00e9es<\/li><li>50 g d&rsquo;amandes<\/li><li>50 g de noisettes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recette<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hacher grossi\u00e8rement les fruits confits, les mettre dans un r\u00e9cipient avec le grand-Marnier pour les faire mac\u00e9rer, r\u00e9server. Dans un r\u00e9cipient bien froid, foisonnerla cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 utilisation.<\/li><li>Hacher ensemble, assez grossi\u00e8rement, les noisettes et les amandes. Dans une casserole, mettre 100 gr de sucre avec 30 gr d&rsquo;eau et cuire au caramel (assez fonc\u00e9)- Retirer la casserole du feu, ajouter 5 gr de beurre puis les amandes\/noisettes &#8211; Bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re en bois &#8211; Le sucre va impr\u00e9gner les fruits secs puis masser (recristalliser) &#8211; Bien m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 recristallisation compl\u00e8te puis verser les fruits secs dans un r\u00e9cipient &#8211; Ajouter les pistaches concass\u00e9es, r\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Battre les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs en neige en incorporant 30 gr de sucre \u00e0 mi-parcours pour les \u00ab\u00a0serrer\u00a0\u00bb. Dans une casserole, mettre le sucre restant (50 gr), le miel, le sirop de glucose et cuire \u00e0 121\u00b0 (3 minutes de cuisson environ) &#8211; Verser ensuite ce sucre en filet, doucement, sur les blancs, sans arr\u00eater de battre, et ce jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 complet refroidissement.<\/li><li>Incorporer les fruits confits, le Grand-Marnier et les fruits secs dans les blancs (meringue italienne) &#8211; Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li><li>Ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en soulevant d\u00e9licatement la pr\u00e9paration. Chemiser des moules \u00e0 cake (ou des cercles individuels) de film alimentaire (ainsi il n&rsquo;y aura aucun probl\u00e8me de d\u00e9moulage) et couler l&rsquo;appareil &#8211; Lisser\u00e9ventuellement \u00e0 la spatule &#8211; Mettre au cong\u00e9lateur au moins 2 heures.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cette ann\u00e9e pour No\u00ebl, on innove !
